Sexy Yellow Vintage 70's Nylon "Rag Dolls" Halter Maxi Dress, NOS, Medium

Description: This is a fabulous vintage maxi dress from the early 1970s. It is a warm sunny yellow orange color with blue, green and red flowers in a geometric abstract print. The dress is super flattering and sensuous with a low halter top and double straps that cross and tie in the back. The dress closes with a rear nylon zipper. The label is "Rag Dolls, San Francisco," the fabric tag says 55% acetate, 35% nylon, machine wash cold, drip dry, size 9." It's New Old Stock, unworn, but I have washed it.

Condition: In excellent, clean condition, never worn, just washed for you as it was dusty from storage.

Size: A Medium. Tag says vintage size 9. Measurements: it's a halter, there's some leeway, I estimate the bust will fit a 36 to 38, each halter panel measures 7.5 inches across the middle of the bust, the waist is 27 inches, hips are free to 50 inches, length is 55.5 inches, hemsweep is 82 inches.

Vintage 60's Brown and Black Windowpane Plaid Wiggle Dress, Small - SOLD!

Description: Here is a classy looking brown and black woven windowpane plaid wiggle dress from the early 60s. It has a nipped waist and hips that are accented by front faux pockets. The neckline has a sweet self fabric bow. The fabric is slightly sheer, unlined, I think it is cotton with a nice sateen finish. The dress closes with a metal zipper in the back. There is a label in the side seam that says "Ben Barrack, New York."

Condition: Excellent, clean, no issues.

Size: Small/Medium. Bust is 36 inches, the waist is 26, bodice length is 15, total length is 40 inches.

1960's Disposable Paper Dress - SOLD!

Description: This is a vintage disposable paper dress from the mid-1960s. It is sleeveless, a pullover A-line shift, in a pink, white, blue and purple diagonal colorblock pattern! It is printed on textured paper (cellulose, I believe), and it has a keyhole neck opening with a pink tie, and pink piping on the neck and arm openings. The label says "Waste Basket Boutique by Mars of Asheville, N.C.. DO NOT WASH, This material is fire resistant unless washed or dry cleaned. Then becomes dangerously flammable when dry." These garments were a fad in the Sixties and were meant to be worn and tossed out. They are getting harder to find these days.

Condition: In very good clean vintage condition; it was worn once back in the 60s and is not mint but overall it still displays well. There is one tiny scuff mark (click on the picture to see more details), also the paper itself is a little wrinkly from being in storage but there are no holes, tears, stains or other issues.

Size: The size tag says "12-14 Bigger." But I'd call it a Small to Medium. Bust is 36 inches, the waist is 40, hemsweep is 57, length is 38 inches.

Paganne by Gene Berk Vintage 1960s Psychedelic Jersey Dress, size Small - SOLD!

Description: Here's your chance to own a terrific piece of fashion history! This is an authentic Paganne dress by Gene Berk. Berk was a contemporary of Emilio Pucci and their creative styles were similar. This Sixties psychedelic beauty has marvelous swirls and large organic shapes in fuchsia-pink, turquoise blue, tan, white, lavender and black.

The high ruffled neckline and ruffled cuffs are black. The mini dress closes with a nylon zipper and a hook & eye in the back. It has the Paganne label as well as the signature in the print. The material feels like a poly jersey. Slightly stretchy, it is a medium weight knit and is not drapey.

Condition: In excellent clean vintage condition with one small area on the front chest that has two pin sized spots and a pale, pale yellowy stain near them, as shown in the photos. Hardly noticeable flaws that do not affect wearability. It has belt loops/strings but no belt.

Size: The label says size 6, this is a modern Small. Measurements: the bust is 34-36 inches, the waist is 32-34 inches, hips are 34-36 inches, shoulders are 15.5 inches, the sleeves are 21  inches long (measured from the top of the shoulder), length is 39.5 inches.
